Effective March 15th at 8:00am, the Arkansas Secretary of State will begin collecting franchise taxes for all companies registered with the State of Arkansas. Please allow us extra time as we go through this transition with the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration as they will discontinue franchise tax collections on Friday, March 12th


An incorporator/organizer and AT LEAST ONE OFFICER are required.  This is due to our cooperative efforts with DFA in administering franchise taxes and, to ensure proper record keeping.
